NFPA70E requires that all persons exposed to 50 volts or greater must be trained and certified in CPR/AED in order to be deemed a Qualified Person.
While you can’t predict when an emergency will occur, you can be prepared. In less time than you think, American Red Cross training from Electrical Safety Specialists (ESS) can give you the vital knowledge and skills you’ll need to respond to a life-threatening situation, perhaps one that requires CPR/AED knowledge, with confidence. Upon completion of training, each attendee will receive an American Red Cross certificate valid for 2 years.
Our American Red Cross CPR/AED training course is available upon request.
The training will teach you to:
- Care for conscious and unconscious choking victims
- Perform CPR
- Use an automated external defibrillator (AED) on a victim of sudden cardiac arrest
- Manage sudden illnesses, stroke, seizure, bites and poisoning
